Property blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island among the photographs.
Additionally contained in this recent image drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up plans to build upon the sprawling island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and features a key labelling distinct parts of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, including designs for dock shelters.
